Dear Homeowners, Thank you to everyone who let the buyers inspectors access your condo on Tuesday, as we greatly appreciate your time and consideration to help keep things moving forward smoothly. The buyers are currently working on conducting due diligence and having multiple inspections performed of the building. Environmental inspections, and general condition reports are two they're currently working on. During this time the inspection companies hired by the buyer will need to inspect a sampling of the condos units and to include all the building common area and mechanicals etc. The next inspection is scheduled for next Monday 29th from 9 AM - 11 AM, and we need volunteers to allow us to access 1 condo per a floor. The inspection will take about 5 minutes or less per unit. The unit doesn't need to be cleaned or in any particular condition as this is a general sampling of the interior. Good afternoon all! A  Property Condition Assessment (PCA) is being performed at SOBU next Tuesday. This will require access to some of the rooms on each floor. We are asking for THREE  volunteers from each floor to allow for the individual/s performing the assessment to enter your unit for roughly 20 minutes. The assignment of Sobu should be executed with our buyer by mid-week next week. FOR ALL OWNERS WHO HAVE CURRENT LEASES ON THEIR UNITS : We must have all leases to review prior to going forward with the closings, so please have a copy readily available to email us in the next few weeks.  Thanks for your immediate attention!  More information is coming next week with specifics about closings. As for now, the projected closing is March 2nd - March 16th. This could change but is the current target dates were attentively planning for.
