Good evening everyone. Due diligence continues with the buyers. Again, there's a lot going on behind the scenes. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding. I know everyone is tired of seeing "due diligence continues", and we understand. These things take time, which is very time consuming and frustrating, but the important thing is work is being performed to make the sale of SOBU happen. I feel good about things. A more substantial update WILL be coming soon. 👍 Wishing everyone a safe and happy Memorial Day. Just looked at the weather and it looks like thunderstorms starting tonight and going all the way until next Friday......lovely I know. Stay dry everyone!

Good Evening Everyone! First, a very big thank you to those who helped show their units this week. We realize it was short notice, but the support was overwhelming. Also, a huge thank you to everyone who sent interior photos of their units! We asked for thirty, and the response came quickly! The buyers of SOBU continue with their due diligence. I want to assure everyone there is a lot of work going into this. Please remain positive and focused. Josh and I are on this. On a side note....I was at SOBU on Wednesday morning for a few hours. I had some great conversations with many of you. Hope you know how much we appreciate your kind words and support.   More updates will be coming shortly. Have a great evening everyone.

Good Morning everyone! We need interior photos of 30 units at SOBU. If you are able to assist please send a picture of your living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Your unit doesn't need to be super clean, and the condition is unimportant.  Please forward them as soon as possible with your unit #. We would like the photos by tomorrow at the latest.  For some of you, it's much easier to text the photos, which is just fine. Good evening everyone! The buyers are continuing with their due diligence. I realize on the surface this is the same message as the last few weeks, but I want to assure all of you there is a substantial amount of effort being performed. Josh and I are 100% focused on Sobu Flats. We sincerely appreciate your participation and patience during this process. It takes time, and we know how you feel!
