SOBU Flats Condo Assemblage

Dear Sobu condo owners: Each unit owner will be receiving an email today from me giving them official notice for the assignment of the Purchase and Sale Agreement to Sagestone Sobu, LLC. A PDF file labeled “Sobu Flats Notice” will be attached. You DO NOT need to do anything with the notice, as it's just to inform you the contracts have been assigned. More information will be posted on the blog today or tomorrow. 

Good evening everyone! This is a quick update about the closing dates for SOBU. Closing is presently scheduled for April 1st through the 15th.  The closing attorneys office is in Buckhead just around the corner from SOBU, which is great for everyone.
