SOBU Closing Update

Good evening everyone! This is a quick update about the closing dates for SOBU.

 Closing is presently scheduled for April 1st through the 15th. 

The closing attorneys office is in Buckhead just around the corner from SOBU, which is great for everyone.

Josh and I are planning to post more detailed information in the days to come to ensure this process moves smoothly for all, but I wanted to bring everyone up to speed with the most current info.

In the days to come we will post more detailed information. Please make sure to pay attention to the blog and help your neighbors stay up to speed.

To answer a few of common questions I've received. 

How are things going? Everything is moving along great.  

Are there any problems? The short answer is no. Everything is moving along nicely. 

When will we get paid? Once all 132 units have closed. 

Can I get paid for my portion before all 132 units close? No

Assemblage Update

I hope Everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed the beautiful weather.  Presently we have contracts still unsigned. We have made contact with ALL remaining unsigned owners and provided them with any and all information possible. Nobody has said “NO” to signing their contracts with the assemblage. Not a single person. All remaining individuals are fully aware of this opportunity. We have spoken with all of them. If we aren't in receipt of signed contracts by the remaining unit owners by 5 PM on 1 December 2017 they will be counted as a "NO" to signing with the assemblage. If we receive an official "NO" from any of the unsigned unit owners the assemblage team will update the blog immediately informing everyone that the assemblage is incomplete, and the deal is off.  We encourage all of you to please speak with your neighbors about the importance of this deal.
