is this Friday. Campbell & Brannon has staff dedicated to assisting in this
process, so please make use of their resources and don’t wait until the last
moment.

Sobu Flats Pre-Closing in Process-Action Required
Campbell & Brannon has begun pre-closing for the upcoming closings of all units. All Owners are required to complete the online Seller Information Sheet via the secure link at www.campbellandbrannon.com\sobu by Friday, March 9, 2018. ****Note once each owner has completed the Seller Information Form on the link provided they will get a confirmation email with additional information****
Please review the information below prior to completing the online form. You may contact Campbell & Brannon with questions in completing the form by emailing sobu@campbellandbrannon.com or calling 404-504-8759.
Q: Can I start filling out the form now and complete it later?
A: NO. The online form MUST be completed in one sitting. There is no feature to allow you to save your work and return, and if the form times out your work will be deleted.
Q: What documentation and information should I have available while I complete my Seller Information Sheet?
A: The following must be available while you fill out your seller information form:
1. Copy of your mortgage statement(s), if applicable;
2. Wiring instructions for your bank account;
3. Scanned copy or picture of your driver’s license;
4. Copy of the lease between you and the tenant of your unit, if applicable;
5. For LLCs, Corporations, or Trusts relevant Corporate and Trust documents, if applicable.
Q: There are questions on the seller information form relating to my “lease.” Does that mean the lease between the Buyer of Sobu and me following closing?
A: NO. The questions about leases refer to units that are CURRENTLY occupied by a tenant. If you occupy the unit you own or do not rent it, these do not apply to you.
Q: How do I schedule my signing appointment?
A: Fill out the section on your Seller Information Form indicating your day/time preferences for closing. Campbell & Brannon will contact unit owners directly to schedule signing appointments closer to closing once pre-closing of all files is complete.
Q: How do I stay updated on the status of closing?
A: Check the Sobu blog sobuflatsbuckhead.blogspot.com for ALL updates and information, including those related to the estimated closing date. Do NOT call Campbell & Brannon for this information, or for general updates. Campbell & Brannon staff will not have any real-time access to this sort of information.
Q. Should I continue to make my HOA and Mortgage Payments?
A. Yes, you should continue to make all HOA and Mortgage Payments until the closing has officially been completed and fully funded.
