Sale of SOBU continues. Please read below for quick overview of things to come


Things are progressing with the sale of the building, and we're waiting on the buyer to provide us with further direction and the closing timeline, etc. 

Before closing, we need to scheduled and conduct walkthroughs of all units and have leases signed. We will start scheduling walkthroughs mid next week, and the process will take approximately 15 minutes per a unit. The purpose of the walkthrough is to complete a general condition assessment of the interior of the unit, as well as to gather the following information:
  • Gather appliance makes & models & serial numbers 
  • HVAC systems make models & serial numbers
  • The HOA will verify it has a working key on file to the unit.
  • Verify parking spaces & storage unit numbers
  • Locate and identify if and where water cut off valves are located in the unit, etc.

We will provide a copy of the lease, via the blog as soon as its available. We anticipate having a copy of the lease for circulation later next week.
