We anticipate we will begin scheduling closings starting next week

Good Evening! Please pass this message around to your neighbors because not everyone checks the blog as often as others.

We anticipate we will start scheduling everyone again for closings next week. There will be an update in the coming days as soon as everything is ironed out, but that's the "high-level view of things".

Food for thought.....there are 132 closings that will need to occur, and scheduling closings will be challenging for some of your schedules. Please do not contact Campball and Brannon yet, but make sure once we give everyone the green light you communicate with Campbell and Brannon EARLY ON if there are any personal challenges you need help with.

I hope Everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed the beautiful weather.  Presently we have contracts still unsigned. We have made contact with ALL remaining unsigned owners and provided them with any and all information possible. Nobody has said “NO” to signing their contracts with the assemblage. Not a single person. All remaining individuals are fully aware of this opportunity. We have spoken with all of them.
