Message from Portman Management Company Regarding Funding

Future Sobu Tenants, Sobu Flats, LLC is working to complete the acquisition of the building you have called home over the past couple of years. We expect to complete that acquisition on next Tuesday or Wednesday, and the escrow agent will be disbursing the sales proceeds shortly after that. We’re excited about this transition and look forward to sharing our plans with you in the future. We appreciate all the time you have spent working with our legal team, Josh Reeves, Shawn Daugherty, and everyone else involved in this transaction. We understand that organizing a closing involving 132 moving parts is challenging and the team did a great job.
