Weissman PC, the firm handling the closings for everyone asked that anyone who has not had their tenant sign the lease subordination form go ahead and do so at their earliest opportunity.  Here is a link to the form that your tenant needs to sign. 



Your tenant will print their name and sign in the signature block below “SUBTENANT”.  Once your tenant has signed please return the signed form to Tyler Dunn at tylerd@weissman.law.  If you have questions, feel free to contact Tyler at his email or at 404-926-4530.

I hope Everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed the beautiful weather.  Presently we have contracts still unsigned. We have made contact with ALL remaining unsigned owners and provided them with any and all information possible. Nobody has said “NO” to signing their contracts with the assemblage.
