Thank you, Management.
Any updates for the end of the week? Has anyone let you know they will NOT be signing? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteSo far no owners said no to signing the contract. The spreadsheet of who has, or hasn't signed will be posted tomorrow once it's completely updated with the contracts that have been completed today.
ReplyDeleteAre we going to have the same latitude on deadlines as the real estate group gives to itself. I greatly appreciate the effort but it doesn't help anyone to keep missing self imposed deadlines. This is strike 4 by my count.
ReplyDeleteStrike 4? You have no idea just how hard they are working on this for us do you? Get some perspective and focus on the positive. Our building is falling apart. They brought us a buyer that is going to pay us a ton more money than this damn building is worth. You have no idea just how bad things are at SOBU and yet you want to start trouble with the people who are trying to not only save us from this terrible building, but offer more money.....a lot more than its worth individually. You need to give them a break.
DeleteAgreed. We have lived here 15 years and this is only the second time we have gone through the assemblage process, and it proved very difficult the first time if I recall correctly. Not sure what "strikes" are being referred to in the commentary but we seem to have much better momentum at this stage in the game than last time.
DeleteThis is actually the third deal on the table, and I'd like to think it's our lucky charm. The first deal was to close within 30 days and that was buyer imposed. The real estate market collapsed, we couldn't get it together, and it was done. The second deal is the one that Josh and his team worked VERY hard on, but we had three holdouts. I'm really hoping we don't go through that heartbreak again. Let's stay positive and work to help make this deal happen. If you're on board, and you've signed, see if you can help contact others who may be missing. If you're not on board, let's hear why not, so we can understand and hopefully move forward.
Delete2 3 or 4 what difference does it make lets get this building sold because there won't be another chance like this
