Contract via DocuSign
Sobu Homeowners,
If you checked your email to include your junk and spam email folders, and did NOT received the email via DocuSign with your contract then please do the following.
Add the following six email addresses as Safe Senders (aka Trusted Senders) and in your email client. These are the DocuSign system sending email addresses:
- dse@docusign.net
- dse_demo@docusign.net
- dse_na2@docusign.net
- dse_eu1@docusign.net
- dse@eumail.docusign.net
- dse_staging@docusign.net
After you add the email addresses above to you Safe Senders, or Trusted Senders please email me at joshreeves@atlantafinehomes.com with your name and unit number, and I resend your contract. Please provide me with an alternate email address if possible.
If you don't want to use DocuSign to sign the contract please contact me to schedule a time to review, and sign the contract in person.

Hi Josh and team - are you still having difficulty reaching any unit owners? Is this post about checking spam due to people saying they haven't received their contracts, or due to a slow response rate, or just out of an abundance of caution?

ReplyDeleteThe response rate has been great considering we have 62 signed contracts back as of today. DocuSign allows us to see who, or who hasn't opened the email we sent with the contract. Some individuals haven't opened the email with the contract, so we think it is most likely due to old contact information etc. We'll post the names and unit numbers of individuals we haven't been able to contact later today so homeowners can hopefully help us contact the missing individuals.
