Signed Contract Count and Legally Approved Renter List

Good evening everyone! I hope this message finds you well.

I have attached a link to provide an updated list of signed contracts. Per the requests of many residents, I have included a column for those who are legally approved to rent. The names that are highlighted green signifies they are the only ones approved.


I would like to ask for volunteers to be “Floor Captains” to help pass along information and help locate individuals we have not been able to contact. It could very well be that we just don’t have the right email and phone numbers so your help would be greatly appreciated if you happen to know the individual. We will assign one person to each floor.

    May I make one more request? Can we just make it easy on our eyes and add the totals? Literally 4 Totals: All Units (Should be 132), Approved to Rent (however many A's you have), Signed (87 or whatever it is) & Unsigned (45 or whatever).

      I like that format of 4 Totals but I think a 5th should be added: Days Left to Sign. I have signed my contract and had every intention to as I sat in the meeting on the 18th but just got to it yesterday, the 31st, as I have been super busy, as I know we all are. I live on urgencies of hours and short term week by week deadlines, 45 Days is a long time so don't get discouraged. I think we will get it done this time as we are already past 80.

    looking over these lists makes it very clear lots of people renting their units out that aren't authorized to do so

      Exactly. I think we ought to be able to assume those people would want to sign.

      I'm wondering how we have one guy who is legally renting two units and they don't have contact info for him. Those renters surely send their money somewhere. If it's a rental management company, they'll have contact info.

I hope Everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed the beautiful weather.  Presently we have contracts still unsigned. We have made contact with ALL remaining unsigned owners and provided them with any and all information possible. Nobody has said “NO” to signing their contracts with the assemblage. Not a single person. All remaining individuals are fully aware of this opportunity. We have spoken with all of them. If we aren't in receipt of signed contracts by the remaining unit owners by 5 PM on 1 December 2017 they will be counted as a "NO" to signing with the assemblage. If we receive an official "NO" from any of the unsigned unit owners the assemblage team will update the blog immediately informing everyone that the assemblage is incomplete, and the deal is off.  We encourage all of you to please speak with your neighbors about the importance of this deal.
