Closing - Next Steps

Hi Everyone,

We wanted to let everybody know that there has been a change in the firm that’s handling our closings, and Weissman PC, will be handling the closings. Weissman has ordered titles and set up everything to ensure a smooth closing process.  

 Closings will be held on-site at the Sobu Flats building in the Cyber Center & Gym at the following times:
Saturday, July 14th                           10 am until 4 pm  
Tuesday, July 17th                                   6 pm until 9 pm 
Thursday, July 19th                          8:00 am until 10:00 am
Saturday, July 21st                           10 am until 4 pm

In addition, they have set aside the below afternoons to close at their office in Buckhead, located at 3500 Lenox Road, 4th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia :
Monday, July 16th                1PM - 4PM
Wednesday, July 18th          1PM - 4 PM 


While we hope one of those time slots will be convenient for everyone, the closing attorney will also work with you if you need to close on a different day or time.

***Important ***
Prior to closing, you will need to do the following:
  •  Sign lease Agreement 
  •  Conduct a walkthrough of your unit

 Shawn Daugherty will be handling the walkthroughs which will take approx 15 minutes. Shawn will be available on the following dates & times:
Monday, July 9th                                        1 pm   until 7 pm
Tuesday, July 10th                                     10 am until 7 pm
Wednesday, July 11th                                 10 am until 7 pm   
Friday, July 13th                                         10 am until 5 pm
Saturday, July 14th                                    11 am until 7 pm

I hope Everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed the beautiful weather.  Presently we have contracts still unsigned. We have made contact with ALL remaining unsigned owners and provided them with any and all information possible. Nobody has said “NO” to signing their contracts with the assemblage. Not a single person. All remaining individuals are fully aware of this opportunity. We have spoken with all of them.
