Good evening everyone! I hope this message finds you well. I have attached a link to provide an updated list of signed contracts. Per the requests of many residents, I have included a column for those who are legally approved to rent. The names that are highlighted green signifies they are the only ones approved. I would like to ask for volunteers to be “Floor Captains” to help pass along information and help locate individuals we have not been able to contact. It could very well be that we just don’t have the right email and phone numbers so your help would be greatly appreciated if you happen to know the individual. Sobu Homeowners, As of 1:15 pm today we have received 72 Signed contracts, and counting.

Sobu Homeowners, If you checked your email to include your junk and spam email folders, and did NOT received the email via DocuSign with your contract then please do the following. Add the following six email addresses as Safe Senders (aka Trusted Senders) and in your email client. Sobu Homeowners, Contracts were emailed via DocuSign to  ALL  unit owners that we have email address information for as of late yesterday evening.  Please check your junk or spam mail, and if you haven't received it  send me an email   joshreeves@atlantafinehomes.com  ,or call me 404-547-3622.  Contracts will be mailed via certified mail later next week to all other owners we can not reach by phone or email. As of late last night we had over  40 signed contract and expecting many more back today, so things are looking good. I do apologize that it took longer than expected to get the contract to everyone, so thank you for the understanding.  After confirming all owners have recieved a contract from the assemblage team I will post to this blog a detailed list of the owners that have, or have not signed the contract.  Have a wonderful weekend. Dear Sobu homeowners, Thank you for everyone who took the time to attend the homeowners meeting. The assemblage team is currently working on uploading the purchase and sales agreement for each and every homeowner via DocuSign. We're currently verifying and updating contact information we received at the assemblage meeting last night, and will start emailing the individual contracts out shortly.
